Jaco condominiums in the $200,000 to $300,000 range can be found in a variety of locations near the beach and in nice developments. Ocean front with ocean view are currently impossible to find. This is mainly because Jaco Beach has some of the only fully-titled beach front in Costa Rica as most of the ocean front is granted as concessions for 20 years at a time. Also, large, deep pockets builders have moved in and are building 12 story and taller condo towers. For these reasons, confortable condos with nice views and quality facilities are in high demand and some excellant values can still be found.
